1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used skincare products
  • Opened or tampered packaging
  • Discounted/clearance products
  • Change of mind

3. Return Process

  2. Provide order ID and images
  3. Await approval
  4. Follow return instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days
  • Refund: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refund Mode: Original payment method
  • COD refunds processed via bank transfer

5. Shipping Charges

Return shipping may be deducted unless error is from our side.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
